I'm feeling really good about the blog!! I'll have another new outfit for you all tomorrow, another group gift, and I'll probably attempt to finish SAH for you too :)

Anyways, check this out. Yesterday I asked in group if anyone had a Project-Runway style design challenge for me. My friend Xerim gave me one. Design based on a card or board game. CHALLENGE ACCEPTED! And finished, haha. This is what I came up with:

It's poker themed, card ruffles, poker chip necklace and dice bracelet (I'm pretty sure dice aren't used in poker, but it seemed to fit the card theme, so I did it.)  Anyways, it has tons of options, and is only 45L. On XStreet & in the HQ. Onward to freebies!!

Also, now that the flickr horror is over (reaching 70% of my allowed monthly usage eeek!) I'll be keeping it simple at 5 outfits/poses a picture. That way, they're large enough for you to see (and you can click to see em larger), and I'm saving space.

The Floof Dress is a swim suit style one piece (and could be used as a swimsuit) with three styles of skirt- the Babydoll Mini (largest image), the Ruffle Mini (bottom right), and a knee-length Drop Waist cocktail skirt (right middle)!

Also, on the freebie side of things, Glitterati Poses who are amazing have a mini hunt going on at their new main store. If you find all 6 disco balls, you'll get a two full packs of poses, whoot! And on the blog side of things, I'm still looking for a headquarters, any info would be very helpful- vendor spots open, stores looking for renters, land owners who could donate a parcel... *whistles innocently* Kidding :) Not about the info part, though!

That reminds me... we've been up and running a while now, and I'd really appreciate feedback, positive or negative. I'm not upset by criticism and I'd like to hear what the readers have to say! Please drop me a notecard, if you get the chance, with ways you think the blog could improve or downgrade or whatever :)

While you're writing that notecard, I'd really like to hear your opinions on designer profiles... Essentially, it would be a mini interview for the designer to fill out. All designers would fill out the basics, name, inspirations, ect, and each would get a few more personal questions depending on their stores, products and such. I'd like to get started on it in the next few weeks, and I've already spoken to a few designers about doing one. So far so good, but I'd like to know who you'd like to see profiled and what you'd like to know! So throw that in too :)

I'm so sorry, I didn't get to post this yesterday, I stumbled into meeting a new friend! Yay, haha. Enjoy <3

Instead of hunting today, I went through all of my clothes, wrote down where they were all from, and ended up with a list at least a page long, more, probably. I managed to visit half of the stores, looked for freebs, checked subscribos and groups, and just generally revisited the brand, since I haven't been to most of these stores in months... I was surprised at the changes- some were closed, their creators left SL and their designs are no where to be found, much to my disappointment (Reaction, !Wrong). Others, though, have found success, have huge mainstores and tons of beautiful items new to me (Boom, Worldwide Industries, T.A.R.T), which is of course very exciting.

One of the first stores I had ever visited in SL was [Riddle]. I happened to go with a little bit of L during a HUGE sale, and I bought so much stuff. I wore it often in the time I've been in SL, and always loved it. I know I've been back there since, but not recently, so I decided to visit, it was high on my list. I couldn't find it all morning, and thought it might have closed... but I finally did find the store. They have an amazing new sim and all my old favorites and some new ones are there. And they have a gift, see below.

Anyways, I'd thought I'd share my adventure with you all, it was really interesting to see how much things can change so quickly... but when you live it, it doesn't see so drastic. *shrugs*
